Chloe Edwards from Lewes based food business Seven Sisters’ Spices, will be doing a Cookery demonstration at the Fitzjohns Foodbank on Monday February 11th, showing users of the food bank how to make 3 delicious and healthy dishes from the same few ingredients.
Chloe will show how to make a simple and tasty dal that can be used as a base for a few different dishes - made into a soup, cooled and made into patties for frying or added to with various spiced tarkas. Recipes and spice sachets will be given out to those who attend the workshop, with everyone getting a chance to have a taste of the food cooked on the day.
